Shipping Methods

PARCEL SHIPPING

Smaller items such as fasteners, post caps, skirts, and other products under 8 feet (96 inches) are shipped via FedEx.

Delivery typically occurs within 2–5 business days after leaving our warehouse.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note: We do not cut boards to qualify items for parcel shipping.

FREIGHT SHIPPING (LTL)

Larger materials—including decking, siding, trim, and railing—are shipped by one of our trusted LTL freight carriers.

Delivery generally occurs within 2–10 business days, depending on the distance.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
All orders ship from our warehouse in South Windsor, Connecticut.

Shipping & Scheduling

Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Not ready to build right away? You can schedule your delivery up to 6 weeks in advance at checkout—lock in your deal now and receive your materials when you’re ready.

What to Expect with Freight Delivery

Curbside Delivery: Carriers will deliver to the edge of your driveway. Trucks will not enter your property.
Hand Unloading: Be prepared to hand unload materials from the truck with minor driver assistance. We recommend having extra help on-site.
Delivery Window: You’ll have up to 30 minutes to unload once your delivery begins.
Inspection Required: Before signing, inspect all materials for damage or missing items.
- If anything is damaged, sign the Bill of Lading as “Damaged”.
- Then, contact us immediately at customerservice@w71online.com with photos and details so we can assist with a claim.

Safety Tip

Please secure all pets indoors during delivery to ensure everyone’s safety.
